If you have not taken a yearbook session with Motown, you must pay a Creation fee of $30. Also, a $50 Preview deposit and $50 Package Deposit Fee is required, for a $130 total to bring to Motown to take your pictures. (If you have already taken a yearbook session with Motown, you will only need to bring $100)

A $20 book charge will be charged when coming in to pick up your proof book. A value of $40. ($10 of this charge will be deducted from your package order if placed within 30 days.)

Motown Portrait can, and will, supply you with a yearbook por-trait for your school. If you have taken your yearbook portrait with another studio and wish to take your senior pictures at Motown Portrait, just bring your receipt from the other studio with you, and we will deduct the cost of that sitting fee from the package order of your choice.

Pick up your proofs, take them home to show family, friends, and perhaps your teachers. Get different opinions on what pictures you should consider ordering.

Bring the pictures you are going to order to the studio. Know the package you what to order. You need to put 60% down in order to start the process. Be sure to place your package order within 30 days so you don't lose your $50.00 Package Deposit and $10.00 Book Deposit.

If you have any blemishes or scars on your face and you would like to have them removed, the cost is a minimum $15.00 per negative. Braces removed for $30.00 per negative. (Extensive retouching requires  a price quote from the lab) A payment plan is available. Allow 6 to 8 weeks for your package to return from the lab due to negative retouching and color correction.

For those students who photograph late in the school year, you can rush your package order for $60.00 for three weeks, and $75.00 for two weeks. Rush orders are based on business days Monday-Friday. (Not 100% guaranteed)

Class ring orders take approximately 8 weeks to complete so order early. We also offer picture and regular graduation announcements, senior memory books, stylish frames, and our all new Senior Package Collage. (Call for details)

 

• Young ladies should avoid sleeveless blouses
• Wear bright colors
• Clothing below the waist should be appropriate for full length poses.
• Hair and makeup should be neatly styled before arriving at the studio.
• Young men, we recommend a suit coat and tie.
• Blemishes can be removed at the lab on the finished picture only.
• Hair cannot be removed at the lab.
• Tooth corrections can't be made.
• Braces  can be removed on finished pictures only.
• Young ladies cannot wear tall hairstyles for cap & gown pictures. The cap will not fit. Pictures with these hairstyles will have to be scheduled separately.

The "Deluxe Photo Session" Includes:
2 1/2 - 5 Hours of Photography + 20-25 Poses + Five Changes of Clothing

We recommend that parents or guardians drop their son or daughter off 15 minutes early before their session. We will allow them to call when their session is complete.

Remember to bring personal props with you to your session such as trophies, baby photos, etc. and welcome any personal props you may want to appear in your picture within reason.

Remember, your session will take time so please be prepared.

75% deposit is required if order is placed before June 1. After June 1st, all package orders must be paid when ordered.

After June 1, the order must be paid in full when placed.
