Q: When is my child's portrait
day?
A: Contact your
child's preschool director or call (313) 863-1630. Also, a Picture
Day poster will be posted at the school detailing time, day and
place.
Q: Can I have my portrait taken with my child?
A:
Yes.
Q: Can I have siblings photographed together
and separately?
A:
Yes, siblings may be photographed together.
Q: If I have several portrait
packages from which to choose, can I take sheets from different
packages to add up to one complete package price?
A::
No, mixing of packages is not allowed.
Q: When will my child's portraits be delivered?
A: Approximately
3-4 weeks after portraits are taken.
Q: When do I need to pay for portraits?
A: Payment for
your portrait package selection is requested at Picture Day. Check
with your child's preschool director for more information.
Q. What forms of payment are accepted?
A. Cash or money orders
are preferred. Personal checks will not be accepted. See your Picture
Day brochure for more details.Please use the convienient payment
envelop and mark clearly which package and background choices, along
with your childs' name, school, date and teachers' name and room
number. Return the envelope to the child's homeroom teacher.
Q: What can I do if I don't like my child's portraits?
A:
Please call (313) 863-1630 for refund information. Please see the
Retake Policy in Packages
Q: How can I order more portraits?
A:
Please contact Motown Portrait at 313-863-1630 directly if you need
more copies.
Q: What is the deadline for re-orders?
A:
Re-orders should be sent within six months after Picture Day.
