Q: When is my child's portrait day?
A: Contact your child's preschool director or call (800) 736-4748.
Q: Can I have my portrait taken with my child?
A: Yes.
Q: Can I have siblings photographed together and separately?
A: Yes, siblings may be photographed together, separately, or both together
and separately. There is space to indicate your preference on the notice
that will be sent home a few days before picture day.
Q: If I have several portrait packages from which to choose, can I take
sheets from different packages to add up to one complete package price?
A: No, mixing of packages is not allowed. However, you will receive
a 50% discount on all complete portrait packages after you purchase
one complete portrait package. (Does not apply to re-orders.)
Q: When will my child's portraits be delivered?
A: Approximately 3 weeks after portraits are taken.
Q: When do I need to pay for portraits?
A: With most of our portrait programs, payment for your portrait package
selection is requested within seven days of receipt of the portraits.
Check with your child's preschool director for more information.
Q: What can I do if I don't like my child's portraits?
A: If you have not already purchased your child's portraits, simply
return them to your child's preschool. If you have already purchased
your child's package please call (313) 863-1630 for refund information.

A: You may place a re-order by clicking on the "Re-ordering Info " button.
If you prefer to pay by mail, there should be a re-order form included
in your portrait package. If you need another copy, you can print any

Q: What is the deadline for re-orders?
A: Re-orders should be sent within six months from portrait day.

A: Our minimum is generally 15 children.

Are discounts offered to preschool staff members?
A: Yes, staff members receive a complimentary staff package (1-5x7 and
4 wallets) of themselves, and a 50% discount off any portrait purchase
of their children.
Q: Can you photograph infants?
A: Yes, our photographers are specially trained and equipped to photograph
infants.
Q: Can my staff members have their portrait taken with their child?
A: Yes.
Q: How many backgrounds/poses are offered?
A: In the Fall, we offer two individual poses of each child. In the
Spring, one individual pose and class group pictures are taken.
Q: What do we do if some students were missing on portrait day?
A: Please contact our Scheduling Department (800-736-4748) to inquire
about retake possibilities.
Q: How long do I have to complete my portrait sales?
A: Sales should
be completed within 21 days of portrait delivery.
Q: Is the preschool responsible for portraits not returned by parents?
A: The preschool is not held responsible as long as we are provided
with contact information on parents who have not returned or paid for
portrait packages.
Q: What steps do I take when my portrait sales are complete?
A: Instructions regarding how to call for pick up will be included with
the portrait packages when they arrive.
